What we shipped
Kondria is built like a system, not a collection of screens: owners get operational clarity, members get habit-friendly UX, coaches get structured workflows, and the shop converts intent at the right moment.
We focused on role-aware navigation, fast dashboard surfaces, and clear flows for memberships, attendance, and programs — then layered the fitness experience (plans, progress, streaks) and commerce as a natural extension (not an ad).
Problem
Most gyms run on scattered tools: spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and staff memory. That kills consistency (retention) and makes growth painful (ops). The challenge was to simplify daily workflows and make the member experience feel modern and motivating.
